Author guidelines

Preparing your submission

Format & length
Manuscripts must follow the IEEE double-column conference template. Up to 6 pages are included; a maximum of 8 pages is allowed with an extra-page fee.
Originality & peer review
Submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere. All papers undergo double-blind peer review by the technical programme committee.
Publication & indexing
Accepted and presented papers are submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore and indexed by Scopus.
Registration to publish
At least one author must complete full registration prior to the camera-ready submission for the paper to be included in the proceedings.
Presentation
Each accepted paper is allocated a 15-minute oral presentation followed by 5 minutes of Q&A during the conference sessions.

Paper submission has closed

Submission and peer review via Microsoft CMT closed on 30 April 2026. Authors of accepted papers can find their session, room and time in the programme. The conference takes place 11–12 July 2026 at MSA University.
