At least ONE author must complete full registration prior to the final (camera-ready) manuscript submission for the paper to be published.

Fees are calculated according to the corresponding author’s current affiliation (IEEE member / Non-IEEE member).

Students must present a valid full-time student card for verification before and at the conference.

Only the corresponding registered author receives the conference welcome package.

Invoice requests: email your Paper ID, billing name, affiliation, address and registration category to imsa@msa.edu.eg with subject “IMSA 2026 Invoice request”.

Letter of invitation: authors of accepted papers may request one by email with name, affiliation, Paper ID and paper title.
